1、军事模型喷漆作业时保持良好的通风条件

有条件的可以装一个强力的吸气/排风扇，吸走那些有害的有机溶剂烟雾。但是其实效果好却是简单，那就是是开窗保持通风，并且注意不要让含溶剂气味的风倒吹会室内，尽量在下风口进行油漆作业。

If possible, a powerful suction / exhaust fan can be installed to absorb the harmful organic solvent smoke. But in fact, the best effect is the simplest, that is to open the window to maintain ventilation, and pay attention not to let the wind containing solvent smell blow back into the room, try to paint at the lower air outlet.

2，喷漆作业完毕后，要继续开窗通风半小时以上再关窗

因为家中的织物都有吸附微小有机气体分子的作用，因此如果军事模型喷漆作业完毕后立刻关窗，则这些颗粒仍然保留在室内。因此要继续通风半小时以上，让这部分有机气体分子也散发到室外去。

3，加强自我防护

3M系列的防毒面具，效果非常好，基本上闻不到油漆的味道。如果使用便宜的劳防防毒面具，一则密封性比较差，二则里面的药剂很快就失效了。

是用来擦拭多余溶剂的餐巾纸。

因为餐巾纸表面积很大，虽然因此可以很容易擦去多余的溶剂和油漆，但是有机分子也就很容易就挥发，造成刺鼻的气味。因此如何妥善处理这些物品，其实反而是重要的一点。将餐巾纸暂时放在里面，等做完模型之后再处理。   做完军事模型喷漆后，一打开这个盒子，里面的气味浓烈得很把里面的东西丢掉以后，把盒子打开半小时以上，让它里面残留的气体也全部挥发掉。这样就行了。简单吧？

5，不要将油漆或溶剂放在卧室内

因为油漆和溶剂的盖子盖得再紧，也会有挥发（要不然，长时间不用的油漆怎么会干掉呢？）。而这些挥发的气体分子，可能就在你睡觉的时候偷偷地弥漫在空气中。

Because the paint and solvent cover no matter how tight, there will be volatilization (otherwise, how can the paint that has not been used for a long time will dry off?). And these volatile gas molecules may secretly diffuse in the air when you sleep.

其实办法也很简单，把这些油漆/溶剂用纸箱装好，放到阳台/洗手间等其它人不经常去而且通风良好的地方即可。用得时候再拿进来就行了。

In fact, the solution is very simple. Pack these paints / solvents in cartons and put them in the balcony / bathroom where other people don't often go and have good ventilation. Just bring it in when you need it.

6，可以使用的水性油漆

只是在军事模型喷涂的效果上，水性油漆很难比得上油性油漆。
